Proud Members of the IAFF
The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) represents more than 274,000 full-time professional fire fighters and paramedics in over 3,500 communities across the U.S. and Canada—protecting 85% of the nation’s population. While most U.S. fire departments are volunteer, the majority of EMS calls are handled by full-time professional crews, making IAFF members the largest providers of pre-hospital emergency care in North America.
On June 4, 2003, the City of Middleton Paramedics were officially sworn in as proud members of the IAFF, joining a tradition of service, skill, and dedication to protecting lives and property.
