About Middleton EMS
Middleton EMS is the exclusive 911 advanced life support ambulance provider for a designated geographical response territory that includes the entire City of Middleton, the Township of Middleton, and a portion of the Township of Springfield. Middleton EMS operates two identically equipped 2019 Braun Type I ambulances custom-built by Horton Ambulance and responds from our station located at 2020 Parmenter St., Middleton, WI 53562.
