The Middleton Police Department provides fingerprinting services to individuals who need to be fingerprinted for job applications, background checks, or any other required purpose. A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
HOURS
We provide this service every Wednesday from 9am to 11am by appointment only. Appointments and can be made online or by calling (608)824-7361.
CARDS
Fingerprints are captured digitally on a Live Scan fingerprint machine, then printed out on standard FD-258 cards. We do not send fingerprints electronically anywhere for civil purposes. The department can also provide ink fingerprinting on standard FBI FD-258 cards, unless you have a specific card that needs to be completed. We will primarily utilize the Live Scan machine unless specified.
COST
- $10 per card
- Cash, check or credit/debit card are accepted.
