This page lists the Plan Commission history for new and recently reviewed developments that meet one or more of the following criteria:

• 10+ Parcels of Land Involved.
• 100+ Units of Housing
• 10+ Comments on Projects Requiring Public Hearing.
• Building Size Larger than 100,000 Square Feet

The section below links to the meeting agenda/minutes for each Plan Commission meeting where the development was discussed. Each item also includes a link to the applicant submission reviewed by the Plan Commission. To view additional supporting documents and staff memos, you can click the meeting/agenda link, navigate to the agenda item, and click on the blue title for the agenda item.
