Lunch Bus

Pick up available for City of Middleton Seniors for lunch at the Senior Center five days weekly. The suggested donation to ride is $1 per ride. Reservations are required at least three days in advance. Call (608) 831-2373 to sign up.

Shopping Bus

There are shopping trips planned weekly to various shopping areas. Reservations are required; just call (608) 831-2373 to sign up. The suggested donation to ride is $1 per ride

RSVP Driver Escort

Volunteer drivers are available to transport Middleton seniors to their medical appointments. New riders need to be approved by one of our Case Managers.  To sign up, please call the Senior Center at least three business days in advance. Cost is by donation. Transportation may also be available for other needs as well based on availability of volunteer drivers. Call (608) 831-2373 to schedule a ride.
