The Finance Department strives to provide prompt, accurate and courteous financial and budgetary services to all citizens, customers elected officials and city staff. The Finance Department has the overall responsibility for the administration of the city’s fiscal affairs. This includes accounting, budgeting, treasury management, debt administration, and payroll processing and management.



The Finance Department ensures a strong financial foundation for the City of Middleton and its community members. The department also provides various support services, including financial analysis and reporting, billing and collection, procurement, contract administration, and vendor transactions for all City departments.
