Enrollment

Summer 2026 Enrollment 

• The summer program will run Noon-5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, from June 15 through August 6 ,and meets at Kromrey Middle School
• Open to students entering grades 5-8 in the fall
• The priority enrollment window will open on April 1st and run through May 1st
• Returning students and their siblings are guaranteed enrollment if their forms are submitted during the priority enrollment window
• New students will be entered in our lottery for the remaining enrollment spots
• Please email jhunter@cityofmiddleton.us to be added to the Youth Center's email list for enrollment announcements

School Year 2025-26 Enrollment

• Open to students in grades 5-8
• Waitlist: We currently have a waitlist for enrollment. To add your child to the waitlist, see the options below. We will contact you directly when an enrollment spot becomes available for your child.
• Returning students: Complete the short Enrollment Form for Returning Students
• For siblings new to the Youth Center: Complete the full Online Youth Center Registration
• New Students: Please complete the full Online Youth Center Registration for all new students.
