What is Pothole Patrol?

It’s our easy, online reporting tool that helps residents alert our street team to pesky potholes.

How it works:

🕳️ See a pothole📸 Snap a pic (optional but fun)📍 Drop a location pin📬 Submit it at www.cityofmiddleton.us/pothole

That’s it. Our street crew receives the report and adds it to the fix-it list.

Why it matters:

Potholes don’t fix themselves—and they sure don’t get smaller. The quicker we know where the problems are, the faster we can patch things up and keep Middleton’s roads safe and smooth.
