Middleton Police Investigating Suspicious Interaction Near Knights Circle

Middleton, WI — The Middleton Police Department is investigating a report of a suspicious interaction involving a child that occurred on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m., near the intersection of Knights Circle and N. Westfield Road.

It was reported that an unknown individual in a vehicle approached a child and initiated a suspicious verbal interaction. The suspect is described as a white male, 20–30 years old, with a mustache, slim build, wearing a red coat and black hat. The individual was seen in a dark-colored SUV, possibly green in color.

A bystander was reportedly jogging in the area at the time, and officers believe this person witnessed the interaction. The Middleton Police Department would like to speak with this person, as well as anyone else who may have direct information and/or video of this incident.
