Purchase Your 2026 Dog Park Permit Today!Annual Dog Park Permits provide access to Middleton’s two dog parks — Penni Klein Park and Middleton Refuse District (MRD) Dog Park — as well as all parks included in the Cooperative Dog Park Program, which features Dane County Parks, City of Madison Parks, and City of Sun Prairie Parks. Dog Park Requirements--All dogs must be licensed to use the dog parks. The City requires dog licensing.
--All dogs must have a valid daily or annual dog park permit to enter any participating park. 2026 Daily Dog Park Fees--$8 per dog
