Important Access Update: Middleton Recycling Center

The Middleton Recycling Center (MRC) at the Municipal Operations Center (MOC) is still open during regular hours — but construction on Parmenter Street will impact how you get there.
Traffic Alert:
Due to the closure of Parmenter Street, all visitors must enter from the north via Exit 249 off the Beltline to access the MRC safely.
