Middleton Property Owners: Apply Now for Efficiency Upgrades! 

Are you a rental property owner committed to long-term affordability and sustainability? The Efficiency Navigator Program is here to help you reduce operating costs, improve tenant comfort, and invest in your property — with grant funding available now.
Through a partnership with the City of Middleton, selected small apartment buildings (2–8 units) are eligible for a free energy assessment and funding to implement recommended improvements like: 
  • Attic, sidewall, and pipe insulation
  • High-efficiency HVAC system upgrades
  • Water conservation and softener improvements
  • ENERGY STAR appliance replacements
  • Health and safety upgrades
Program Highlights: 
  • Funding covers eligible measures — contractors are paid directly
  • Dedicated support from start to finish
  • Reduce tenant turnover with more comfortable, affordable units
  • Great for buildings housing children, seniors, or vulnerable residents - Buildings with high utility bills or those that house children or seniors are encouraged to apply.
