We want to update you regarding stormwater utility billing. Recently, we identified an issue affecting stormwater charges for some of our customers.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Approximately 400 customers, specifically those in homes designated as "condominiums," were affected by incorrect charges.
- The billing errors have been corrected.
- Updated balances are now available for review through Xpress Bill Pay by logging into your account.
- We are working with our software provider to send written notices to impacted customers immediately.
