The three finalists are:

• Warren Allen, Captain, City of Milwaukee Police Department
• Jeremy Geiszler, Operations Captain, City of Middleton Police Department
• Steven Thompson, Captain, Patrol & Special Services, New Berlin Police Department

These candidates will now move forward in the hiring process. The next step is a community town hall that will give residents an opportunity to interact directly with the finalists.

The town hall is scheduled for Wednesday, December 11, at 7 p.m. in the Middleton City Hall chambers, 7426 Hubbard Ave.

The Town Hall will include a moderated Q&A session, where residents will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance. Following the Town Hall, the Police Commission will carefully review public feedback, as well as the insights gained during interviews and evaluations of the finalists. The Commission will then make a final decision on the next Chief of Police.
