The City of Middleton will transfer unpaid utility balances charged before July 1st, 2024, to property taxes on Friday, November 15th, 2024. To avoid transfer to your or the property owner’s property taxes, payment must be RECEIVED/PAID by midnight on Thursday, November 14th, 2024. The best ways to pay are in person, dropping off a check or money order in the drop box at the library, or paying online or over the phone (1-888-605-1070) at Xpress Bill Pay with credit/debit card or EFT/e-check. Any unpaid balance charged between July 1st, 2023, and June 30, 2024, will be transferred to property taxes.
