Rescheduling of Vigil for Impacted Residents of Middleton
Event rescheduled to February 24, 6:30 p.m.

Middleton, February 21, 2022 - In light of the incredible outpouring of support and interest,  the vigil organizing group for the impacted Middleton residents has decided to reschedule the event.

 The vigil, initially planned for tonight, February 21 will now be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 6:30 p.m. Lakeview Park, Allen Boulevard, Middleton WI.

"As we gather for the vigil, let us honor the resilience of Middleton's community. In times of adversity, we come together not only to mourn but to strengthen our bonds, embodying the spirit that defines us. Together, we'll light the path of hope, solidarity, and healing for our community," said Mayor Emily Kuhn

The decision to reschedule was made with careful consideration for the comfort and convenience of all participants and to ensure the vigil can be executed with the dignity and respect it deserves.

The organizing group sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this change may cause. However, they remain steadfast in their commitment to providing a meaningful and supportive environment for the residents of Middleton during this difficult time.
