Tim Carey (T5 Real Estate Solutions), has applied for a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the property described below from Planned Development District-Specific Implementation Plan (PDD-SIP) to a different PDD-SIP. The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to allow for development of one multi-family building up to four stories in height and containing up to 65 dwelling units on land comprising approximately 58,977 sq. ft. or 1.35 acres.

Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 680, recorded in Vol. 3 of Certified Survey Maps, page 206, as #1306788, in the City of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin.

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
