Wisconsin's Department of Transportation plans to begin construction in March to make the median shoulder area suitable for use as an extra traffic lane at peak travel times. The “Flex Lane” will run between Verona Rd. (US 15/151) and the I-39/90 interchange, and is intended to open in late 2021 or early 2022.
