The City of Middleton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing and consider taking action on the following application for variance:
- 2603 Middleton Beach Road, Parcel ID 070812105867: Mark Alexander (Actuate Improvement) is requesting a variance from the maximum lot coverage limitation for a deck on behalf of property owner Paul Dimusto. The applicant is requesting approval to replace the existing 239 sq.ft. deck with a 509 sq.ft. deck, which would increase the lot coverage to 38%. Section 10.24(8) limits maximum lot coverage to 35%. The new deck would comply with minimum side and rear setbacks.
During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. The Zoning Board of Appeals may take action following the hearing.
