Van Nutt, on behalf of Triton Auto Spa West, LLC, requests approval of a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the following property to a Planned Development District-General Implementation Plan (PDD-GIP) that is different from a previously approved PDD-GIP. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow the construction of a full-service auto spa. Located between Middleton Ford and Bergstrom Chevrolet, the 2.48 acre site is currently vacant.
Description of property to be rezoned:
Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 13404 Recorded in Vol. 87 of Certified Surveys, page 58, in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds as Document No. 4933318.
During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
Due to the public health emergency that has been declared for the COVID-19 outbreak, the City of Middleton is recommending that interested parties log in remotely rather than attend the meeting in person. However, the City can physically accommodate up to five members of the public in the meeting room at one time in a manner that adheres to state and national guidelines.
