Eric Gebhardt of Eppstein Uhen Architects Inc., on behalf of Vault Middleton LLC c/o Jeff Parisi, requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow auto storage on this B3-zoned property. Section 10.57(7) of the City of Middleton Zoning Ordinance requires conditional use approval of light industrial uses (uses that are permitted by Sec. 10.67) in a B3 zoning district.

During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
