MIG Commercial Real Estate, LLC, on behalf of the Tribeca ownership group, has applied for a Zoning Map Amendment to amend the Planned Development District – General Implementation Plan (PDD-GIP) for the property described below. The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to allow for development of one stormwater pond and one surface parking lot on land comprising 3.07 acres.
Description of property to be rezoned: Lot One (1) of Certified Survey Map No. 11342 recorded in Volume 68 of Certified Survey Maps, page 325 as Document No. 4026503, located in the City of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin.
During the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to speak or register their opinion. Statements may also be provided to City staff by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing. The Plan Commission may take action following the hearing.
