Aquatic Center Policies

  • Do not enter the pool if you have a communicable disease or an open cut. 
  • Do not bring food, drink, gum, or tobacco into the pool.
  • Shower immediately before entering the pool and after use of the toilet facility.
  • Do not run or engage in rough play in the pool and pool area. 
  • Do not bring animals into the pool area. 
  • Diaper changing on the pool deck is prohibited. 
  • Glass items are prohibited in the pool area. 
  • All persons entering the pool must pay admission, even if not swimming.
  • Persons leaving the facility who wish to return MUST get a hand stamp from the front desk or be a pass holder.
  • Unescorted children (ages 10-12) must sign in with guest services with an emergency contact and phone number.  
  • Children under 10 must be accompanied in the water by a responsible person 13 or older.
  •  Children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible person, 13 or older, in and out of the water.
  • ONLY U.S. Coast Guard-approved floatation devices are allowed in the zero-depth area, children must be within arm’s reach of caregiver. 
  • Floatation devices are not allowed on waterslides or diving boards
  • Diving well is only for guests who pass the deep water test.  The deep water slide is for guests at least 48” tall.
