Strategic Plan

The strategic plan is a future-oriented organizational plan that engages city stakeholders internally as a government and in the community to identify short- and long-term goals, provide strategies to accomplish goals, and monitor and evaluate progress. The process seeks to gather input from the public at critical junctures to ensure the final product reflects the needs and desires of the community. This website is one opportunity for two-way communication on the progress and contents of the Middleton Strategic Plan.
